Please provide the following information in relation to Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment requests:

1. The criteria, guidance, or decision-making framework used by the SEND Panel when deciding whether to carry out an EHC Needs Assessment.

o the number of requests for EHC Needs Assessments received
o the number agreed
o the number refused

5. For the same period, please provide the above statistics broken down (where recorded and in aggregated form) by:
o age or school phase/year group
o ethnicity categories used by the council
o sex
o school type (e.g., mainstream, specialist provision, or other placement)
o primary SEND need category (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language, learning difficulty, etc.)
