Planning applications for GP surgeries

1. I would like to request the following information regarding the planning applications for GP surgeries in your area:
a) How many planning applications for the construction of a GP surgery have been made in each year since 2015?
b) How many of these applications have been approved?
c) Of those approved, how many have begun construction?
We are unable to supply the data requested as planning permission granted for GP surgeries is not collected as an individual data set. If the requestor wants we can supply all decisions issued for the specified period and they can research the data for themselves.
We also do not monitor commencements of development grant planning permission in any event so we are unable to supply this data.
