Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request information regarding the digital systems currently used by the Council in relation to contract management, asset management, project delivery and related governance functions. Specifically, please could you provide:
1. The name(s) of any software systems currently used for:
o Contract management (including NEC contract administration if applicable)
o Highway and/or infrastructure asset management
o Estates asset management
o Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) management
o BIM / Common Data Environment (CDE) / document management for capital projects
o Works ordering or highways maintenance management
Microsoft Project Portfolio Management Licences
2. For each system identified, please confirm:
o Supplier/vendor name: Phoenix Software
o Contract start date: 01/04/2024
o Contract end date (or renewal date): 31/03/2027
o Whether the contract includes extension options; No
o The procurement route used (e.g. framework, direct award, open tender): Framework Agreement
3. Whether there are any current plans, procurement exercises, or market engagement activities underway to replace or expand any of the above systems.
