When a property becomes void (empty) and there is no asbestos survey on file, a management survey is undertaken. Prior to any capital upgrades a refurbishment and demolition survey is undertaken. Residents can access an asbestos awareness leaflet on the council website under housing. And communications are planned for general awareness.
