Unadopted roads

I would like to request all data held by your authority relating to unadopted roads and any associated infrastructure within your local authority area. By "unadopted", I mean any roads, streets or on site infrastructure (e.g. bridge, retaining structure, architectural features/monuments) that are not currently maintained at public expense by the Council, whether or not an adoption agreement exists.
1. Please could you provide the following information for each unadopted road or related asset.
-Type of Infrastructure
-Site Name
-Site Start Date
-Developer
-Developer point of contact
-Landowner Name (if applicable)
-Bond type (if applicable)
-Bond Value (if applicable)
-Planning Permission reference
Could you please provide as much information as possible, whether this is a record, spreadsheet or list of assets to be adopted by the council or any other unadopted assets. Any format is fine.
