Planning Application 251421 (Land at Old Forest Road)

1. More specifically I was hoping to have seen communication concerning the consideration of an alternative access provision to the development site (for planning application 251421) from the NWDR (Toutley Road). I had been led to believe there had been discussion between WBC (Highways and Planning) and the Applicant about the merits or otherwise of accessing from Toutley Road rather than the proposed track from Old Forest Road.
There has been no formal discussion between WBC and the developer with respect to using a separate access point. The Old Forest Road access has been the only route proposed by the developer, and the only one assessed as it is within their ownership.
2. From the details provided it appears there was a meeting held on 17 Jan 2025 between WBC and the application, most likely the formal commencement of pre-application discussions. Could you provide me with minutes of that meeting as part of the disclosure?
No meeting minutes were taken.
3. Also, could you confirm whether any communication does exist concerning the suitability or otherwise of using Toutley Road to access the site, and if so could that be provided as part of the disclosure?
There has been no formal discussion concerning the use of Toutley Road as an alternative access point for vehicular traffic, as it is owned by a third party and the developer is understood not have easements over this.
