1. The total number of residential properties recorded as “unoccupied and substantially unfurnished” for:
• over 12 months: 114 over 12 months
• over 24 months: 82 over 24 months
• over 5 years: 24 over 5 years
A total of 220 properties
• A breakdown of these properties by Council Tax band.
