I request the following information in relation to the parcel of council-owned land forming the grass verge/frontage adjacent above.
1. Which council department currently owns and is responsible for this land.
The council does not own the land, however there are highway rights over it. A search from land registry would identify the owner of the underlying land: HM Land Registry https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/land-registry
2. Whether the land is classified as adopted highway, highway verge, public open space, or unallocated council land.

3. Whether the land is currently safeguarded, allocated, or earmarked for any future transport, highway, or active travel scheme, including cycle paths.
