Fire Safety Compliance Costs

I am currently undertaking research into the annual costs incurred by councils, and therefore taxpayers, for statutory fire safety compliance checks across social housing stock. In particular, I am interested in the costs associated with Regulation 10 fire door checks and emergency lighting inspections. Please could you confirm the following:
1. Regulation 10 Fire Door Checks
o The total annual cost to the council for providing Regulation 10 fire door inspection/check services across all social housing stock: £3060.00 for housing
2. Emergency Lighting Checks (Flick Tests)
o The total annual cost to the council for carrying out regular emergency lighting flick tests in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 across all social housing stock: £11797.72 for housing
