Please provide the following recorded information for FY 2024/25 (1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025). For the purposes of this request, “street banners” includes lamp post/pole banners and banner sleeves/flags.

1. The number of council-managed lamp post banner sites currently available for use/booking (count).
We do not currently operate any formalised lamp-post banner sites. However, we may occasionally permit the installation of small banners owned by Borough Councils or Parish/Town Councils at ad-hoc locations, provided they promote community-interest projects, safety initiatives, or similar non-commercial activities. All proposals are subject to an assessment of column suitability to ensure structural safety, as well as review and approval by our Traffic Management Team. This is to ensure that the banner’s wording and placement do not conflict with essential highway signage or compromise road-user safety.

2. The number of street banner installations/schemes installed during FY 2024/25 (count), where recorded.
None (see above).

3. Total spend (£) on street banners during FY 2024/25.
Zero (see above).

4. If applicable, total income (£) received from third parties for banner site usage in FY 2024/25.
Zero (see above).
