1. I would like to know the WBC employee absence figures dues to sickness in 2025, number of days lost in total and expressed as a %.
WBC record absence over a rolling 12 month period. This is calculated as number of FTE Days Absent, and also Average FTE per Employee. For period 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025, 9562.48 FTE Days Absent, 7.04 Average FTE per Employee
2. I’d also like to know how many are on long term sick leave (greater than 2 weeks, greater than 1 month, greater than 2 months, greater than 6 months, greater than 12 months)
Long term sick is currently reported as greater than 28 days. As of 31/12/2025, 22 employees are on long term sick leave.
3. Also what are total salary costs of those being paid to those on long term sickness.
