1. Can you provide me with the final plans for Shinfield meadows, mainly the final plans for Bolton Drive. I want to understand the road layout once complete near Deardon Way.
2. And can you confirm who the main developer is for Shinfield meadows, as I need to raise issues regarding the road and drains on Bolton Drive.
