EOTAS or EOTIS

For the academic years 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25, please provide the following:
1. The number of children or young people registered as EOTAS or EOTIS, or where the LA has determined provision should be made otherwise than in a school under Section 61 CFA 2014 for the above academic years
2. The total annual spend (£) on EOTAS or EOTIS packages in each of those academic years
3. The cost of the single most expensive EOTAS or EOTIS package in each academic year (2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25).
4. If possible, and not identifying any individuals, please provide a breakdown of what was included within the most expensive package for each year
