27/08/25 - waited 1.5 months from being awarded Band 1

3. How many void 3 bedroom properties are currently available that have not yet been allocated and what areas are they in?
As on 22/01/26 – there are two, three bedroom void properties that have not been nominated, one is in Spencers Wood, one is in Woodley.
4. Are you aware of any new build property's that are due to be signed over to Wokingham council in the next few months, if so what area are they in?
We are only notified that a property is available to allocate to when we receive the nomination request from a landlord (WBC or HA). New build developments can be subject to delays so we are only notified upon completion and handover from the developers to the landlord.
