I would like information about Wokingham Borough Councils access to resources panel please. This is the panel chaired by Jasmine Grimshaw. It deals with funding requests from social workers at Adopt Thames Valley, among other things I believe.

1. How the panel is made up/how many people sit on it?
Please see attached TOR

2. Who the panel consists of?
Please see attached TOR

3. What their expertise/experience is?
We are unable to supply the individuals details relating to qualification, training, time in post, and/or their CV as this would be personal data and exempt under Section 40. We can provide the panel make up and job titles. The panel consists of the following:
Team Manager - Finance
Team Manager - Operational Commissioning
Team Manager - Fostering
Virtual School - Headteacher
Team Manager - Looked After Children
Senior Continuing Healthcare/S117 Case Worker
Service manager - Children With Disabilities

4. How decisions are reached during the panel process?
Please see attached TOR

5. What procedures are followed during the panel?
Please see attached TOR

6. What is the role of the chair person?
Please see attached TOR

7. Who oversees decisions made by the panel? (Where are the checks and balances?) I would like any and all documentation and information as to the above
Please see attached TOR. The AD has oversight of the panel’s decision and if an agreement cannot be made it is escalated to the AD. There is no further documentation (other than the TOR provided).
