Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information in relation to adult’s social care assessments held by Wokingham Council:
1. The total number of social work assessments awaiting completion as at the most recent reporting date.

East Social Care - Total cases: 103 (66 allocated, 37 unallocated)
First Contract Team - Total cases: 49 (allocated)
Health Liaison Team - Total cases: 52 (allocated)
LD Team -Total cases: 24 (20 allocated, 4 unallocated)
Mental Health Social Service - Total cases: 13 (allocated)
OT Team - Total cases: 2 (allocated)
Preparing for Adulthood Team - Total cases: 11 (10 allocated, 1 unallocated)
Reviews and Reassessments Team - Total cases: 1 ( unallocated)
