Please provide information relating to your role in **collecting, validating, processing, or forwarding road traffic collision data** for Thames Valley Police and/or Bracknell Forest Borough Council concerning:
* A321 High Street, Sandhurst (including Little Sandhurst),
* the junction and approaches with Lower Church Road, and
* Lower Church Road (from A321 High Street to St Michael’s Church),
for the period **1 January 2016 to present**.
In particular, please provide:
1. Confirmation of whether collision data for the above locations is processed or held by Wokingham Borough Council
Yes, this data is collected and held by WBC. Bracknell Forest Council are the primary owners of this data.
2. The **dates and frequency** with which such data has been shared with Bracknell Forest Borough Council
Data is provided to BFC on a monthly basis.
3. The **form** of data shared (e.g. raw records, validated datasets, summaries)
This is the processed data. The raw data is received and then input on our database and shared with BFC. The data is processed on behalf of BFC for a fee.
4. Any **restrictions on onward disclosure** communicated to Bracknell Forest Borough Council.
All data must conform with GDPR regulations.
