I'd like to understand the details of your current education management solutions and the contracts associated with this system. I would be most grateful if you could provide the following information please:

1. Current supplier(s) – please note that this is for all areas under Education services including but not limited to general case management, school and pupil data (e.g. attendance, exclusions), admissions and appeals, early years, elective home education, virtual school, home to school transport, SEND, etc.

2. Whether the solution is hosted on Council infrastructure/tenant, or hosted by the supplier
Hosted on Council infrastructure

3. Start date of contract: 01/04/2026

4. End date of contract: 01/04/2027

5. Contract extension options in years available under the contract e.g. 1+1, 2+2+1: Rolling

6. Please state if the Council intends to run a procurement process to replace one or all of the Education solutions at any time before the next financial year end, i.e. 31st March 2027
The Council is considering options, any procurements activity will following procurement regulations and notifications through Find and Tender / Central Digital platform

7. The annual price of the contract. For the avoidance of doubt, this is all costs per year per supplier including software support & maintenance, hosting (if applicable) and any other annual costs e.g. managed services, work packages etc…
