1. Who is responsible for commissioning your tenders?
Wokingham Borough Council are part of a consortium of local LAs who have a joint contract for Mediation. Oxfordshire County Council have led on the commissioning including tender and contract management.

Wokingham Borough Council normally advertises all it’s own contracts on Pro Contract however this contract was dealt with by Oxfordshire County Council on behalf of a group of LAs and would therefore have followed Oxfordshire’s commissioning processes.
