1. Please provide the total number of fixed and mobile public-space CCTV cameras currently operated by the council
Housing having 76 fixed CCTV Cameras, our ASB team have 3 mobile cctv 3 units, each unit has 3 cameras. Please see attached file for our Highways cameras.
Highways - See enclosed list.

2. Please indicate the year when those CCTV cameras were deployed/installed?
Housing CCTV cameras were installed between 2021 – 2025, ASB cameras were installed 2020.
For traffic signal monitoring: 2021.
For car parks: Cameras were deployed between 2022 and 2024 across all car parks listed.
For Moving Traffic cameras these were deployed in Sept 2023.

3. Please indicate whether the council’s CCTV system is primarily on-premises, hybrid, or cloud-hosted
Our housing CCTV is on premise viewing, ASB CCTV is cloud.
For traffic signal monitoring: Cloud Hosted.
For car parks: Cloud based.
For Moving Traffic: Cloud based.

4. Please list the primary supplier(s) for video management software and whether the council operates an in-house CCTV control room, a shared control room (multi-authority), or a third-party operated control room
Housing do not use a in house Control CCTV room, ASB is in house.
For traffic signal monitoring: WCCTV, Remote Monitoring no central control room.
For car parks: Parking services Supplier for CCTV in the car parks is Chroma vision Ltd and is remote monitoring no central control room.
For Moving Traffic cameras: our supplier is Videalert and remote monitoring is done by our Parking Contractor Marston holdings, no central control room.

1. Please provide the total number of fixed and mobile public-space CCTV cameras currently operated by the council
Within the Commercial and operational portfolio, we operate a number of fixed CCTV cameras located on assets across the borough. These include sites owned and managed by the council, leased properties, and locations managed by our appointed managing agents. The total number is high and varies by site, but the current estimate of fixed CCTV cameras is approximately 50 cameras.

2. Please indicate the year when those CCTV cameras were deployed/installed?
Within the Commercial and operational portfolio - Installation dates vary by project. The most recent installation took place in November 2025.
Housing CCTV cameras were installed between 2021 – 2025, ASB cameras were installed 2020.
For traffic signal monitoring: 2021.
For car parks: Cameras were deployed between 2022 and 2024 across all car parks listed.
For Moving Traffic cameras these were deployed in Sept 2023.
