1. Please provide a copy of your DfT Carriageway Work Done Survey Spreadsheet or a copy of the completed return form, for the past 4 years (financial year 2021 onwards)

2. Please provide a copy of your 2024/25 unclassified carriageway condition survey results report or a spreadsheet with the results.
Wokingham Borough’s unclassified carriageway condition survey results for financial year 2024-25 are provided in the form of the attached HMDIF file.
3. Please provide a copy of your latest unclassified carriageway condition data in a spatial format, ideally .tab or .shp format.
Wokingham Borough’s unclassified carriageway condition survey results for financial year 2025-26 are not available in a spatial format. However, the results are provided in the form of the attached HMDIF file.
4. Please confirm the survey method you have used to survey your unclassified network for each year over the past 4 years (financial year 2021 onwards).
Wokingham Borough’s unclassified carriageway network has been surveyed by CVI in each of the 4 financial years from 2021-22 onwards.
