Please can you confirm the following:
1. Contract/framework titles, under which the Council procures the following care services:
• Domiciliary/Home Care
• Complex Care
• Extra Care
• Reablement
• Supported Living
• Live-in Care
For each contract utilised, please can you advise:
a) Start and end dates (plus potential to extend)
b) Number of live providers delivering services
c) Number of hours’ care commissioned, including any caps per provider
d) Contract structure – i.e. X Main/Lead providers across X Lots/geographies, catch all framework
e) Latest commissioning intentions
2. Please could you also provide the latest version of your published contracts register?
