Housing waiting list

The information requested below will help us to better understand local housing pressures and availability. Please provide the following information in relation to housing provision within Wokingham Borough Council:
1. The number of households currently on the housing waiting list in Band A and Band B who are waiting for a two-bedroom property.
2. The length of time these households have been on the waiting list.
If possible, please provide this as a breakdown (for example: under 6 months, 6–12 months, 1–2 years, over 2 years).
3. The number of two-bedroom properties currently unoccupied, including council-owned or council-nominated properties.
4. The number of temporary accommodation properties currently unoccupied, and the size (number of bedrooms) of each of these properties.
5. The number of households placed into emergency accommodation during the 2025/26 financial year to date, and the distance in miles from Wokingham, or alternatively the local authority areas in which they were accommodated.
Please provide this as aggregated or summary data.
6. The average and/or range of time households have spent in emergency accommodation during the same period.
