Please could you provide the following information regarding public drinking water infrastructure under the Council’s jurisdiction:

1. Total Number: How many functional public drinking water fountains are currently maintained by the Council?

2. New Installations: How many new drinking fountains have been installed in the last 3 financial years (2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25)?

3. Decommissions: How many drinking fountains have been deactivated or turned off permanently in the last 3 financial years (2022/23, 2023/24, 2024/25)?

4. Maintenance Spend: What was the total spend on maintenance and repair of these fountains in the last full financial year (2024/25)?

5. Increase Policies: Does the Council have a specific policy or target to increase access to free drinking water to reduce single-use plastic waste?

6. Locations: Please provide a list of the specific locations of all functional public drinking fountains maintained by the Council.
