I'm writing to request some information about road maintenance under the Freedom of Information Act.

1. Please provide the number of potholes filled in each month from November 2021 to November 2025. These should be the same figures you use to compile the annual ‘Potholes Repaired’ numbers for the Local Highway Maintenance and Transparency Reports but broken down per month. Please add in information about whether the methodology for how you collect these figures has changed.
The number of pothole repairs carried out in Wokingham Borough between November 2021 and November 2025 is shown in the table below. The values shown are the basis of the numbers shown in the pothole repairs table in the Wokingham Local Highways Maintenance Transparency Report available at Local highways maintenance - https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/sites/wokingham/files/2025-06/Local%20highways%20maintenance%20transparency%20report_0.pdf. There was no change in the methodology used to collect the figures over the reporting period.

The figures represent reports made via the Report a Problem feature available on the Wokingham Borough website at Report a problem - https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/roads/report. There was no change in the methodology used to collect the figures over the reporting period.
