I’m contacting you to request all information available regarding enforcement of the High Fat, Salt & Sugar (HFSS) regulations which passed into law in April 2022. Specifically I need to know:
1. The number of businesses which breached HFSS since its introduction
None.
2. How many HFSS compliance visits the council has made since its introduction
None.
3. The penalty for the breach. If the punishment was a fine, please outline the value of the fine

5. A breakdown of the business type (supermarket, convenience store, retailer, restaurant)

6. Copies of the enforcement letters sent to businesses breaching HFSS legislation
