1. Do you run a ‘Selective Licensing’ scheme? If so, when did this commence?
2. Do you operate any other ‘Additional Licensing’ scheme? If so, when did this commence?
3. How many rental properties are registered currently on each scheme, respectively?
4. What is your current fee for such licensing (separating fees for ‘Selective Licensing’ and ‘Additional Licensing’ schemes), and how long are such licenses valid for?
5. How many enforcement officers, who are responsible for ensuring private landlords comply with housing regulations, do you employ (separating any ‘Selective Licensing’ and ‘Additional Licensing’ - if different teams are used to operate each scheme individually)?
6. What is the surplus/deficit during the last financial year regarding the operating ‘Selective Licensing’ and ‘Additional Licensing’ scheme, respectively?
7. How many enforcement notices have been issued in the last twelve months, and what revenue has been raised via enforcement action during this period?
