Review of customer service issues

The Customer Project was undertaking a review of customer service issues in your Highways function.
1. Can you provide a copy of the completed review completed by her / her company on the Highways Dept’s customer service?
The Council are applying Section 36(2)(b)(ii) to this request. The rationale has been laid out to the Qualified Person who has agreed that maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in releasing this information.
The workshop that was carried out included members of the public who were informed that the comments and feedback would be confidential and used internally only. This could damage relationships with participants if their input was made public after being informed that it would remain confidential. They may not be willing to take part in other sessions with the Council about customer improvement options, and this could also prevent other residents engaging in the future having learnt that information was publicly disclosed when they were advised they were in a place where free discussion could take place.
