2. Which Enforcement Agents do you currently use for debt recovery: Marston Holdings
3. Are you currently under a contract or SLA and when does this expire (inclusive of any extension periods): Yes under a SLA until end of Marston Enforcement contract Oct 2026.
4. What average % gross collection rate is achieved across the contract (ie Total collection/total debt passed to agents): 21.27% recovery rate as of 31 Oct 2025.
5. Who is the Service Manager responsible for monitoring this contract: Geoff.hislop@wokingham.gov.uk Parking enforcement Manager.
