1. Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, please provide me with the report entitled "Schools causing concern", pages 75 to 80 in the Children's Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee held on 10 November 2025.
This information was considered to be exempt under the following paragraph from The Local Government Act 1972 at the Children’s O&S Committee on 10th November 2025.
That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act (as amended) as appropriate.
Paragraph 3: Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information).
On this basis, we are not able to disclose this information under S43 exemption of the FOI Act.
