There is an ongoing enforcement investigation. There are two reference numbers RFS/2022/087693 & RFS/2022/087798.
1. I would kindly request you to provide all the undisclosed details including any document for the above mentioned two reference numbers. Which could be helpful to answer the investigation related questions.
See attached file. Other information that is held is covered under Legal Professional Privilege and investigations and proceedings exemptions. The enforcement is ongoing and we are unable to supply further details at this point in time. The Enforcement team would directly liaise with the individuals of the site to discuss matters further as necessary.
