1. How many people are in band 1 and band 2 for a 1 bedroom property?
18 in Band 1 and 39 in band 2.
2. How long are the wait times for a person in band 2 for a 1 bed property who has fled DA and have been on the register for 2 months?
We do not hold this information. We cannot provide accurate wait times as this is dependent on several factors such as type of property (e.g. for specific medical needs), location, number of vacancies, etc. The list is live and would change on an almost daily basis.
