Right to Buy valuations

1. Please could you send me a file in Excel format or similar of every Right to Buy completion in your area between 1.4.2000 and 31.12.2006?
Please could this list include in columns;
a) the full postcode (or if necessary a partial postcode),
b) the £ discount that was applicable,
c) the final purchase price,
d) the sale completion date.
Please find attached spreadsheet data in response to this request.
Please note:
1. The data provided is between 21.5.2001 to 31.12.2006 as we do not have data going back to 1.4.2000 as requested.
2. We do not have the Discount figures / Purchase prices for 29 of the sales completed.
3. We do not have the postcode for two addresses or the completion date for address – this has been annotated on the spreadsheet.
