1. Please provide the number of home educated children known to your local authority as of the 30th September 2025.

2. Please state how many of these started home education/became known to your service after 25th July 2025.

3. Please state how many home educated children are currently considered CME or not in receipt of a suitable education. This question relates to any child that was known to be home educated before concerns arose

4. What is the status of the children counted in question 3, for example the child has moved out of the area and address now unknown, notified the education is not suitable, served a s437(1) notice to satisfy, or served an SAO (in Scotland attendance order was served).
