Residential Parking Fines in November and December 2024

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information.
1. Please provide the number of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for the months of November 2024 and December 2024, broken down by the following contravention codes in residential areas only:
• Contravention Code 27 (Parking adjacent to a dropped footway, or dropped kerb).

• Contravention Code 01 (Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours - yellow lines).

• Contravention Code 16 - (Parking in a permit holder space without a valid permit displayed).

2. If possible, please also provide the total value of the fines issued for each month for these contraventions.
The total value of Penalty Notices issued, calculated at £70 per PCN, was £14,840 in November and £16,240 in December.
