As of 15th September 2025, there currently are 5 two bedroom properties (flats and bungalows) that are void, one is awaiting nomination, the other 4 are having works carried out and will be requesting nominations in due course.
3. When was the last 2 bed property allocated for someone in band 3?
3rd February 2025 was the last 2 bed in General stock ie not a property in a sheltered or Extra Care Scheme were eligibility criteria applied
