1. I request information on the number of social housing addresses within the apartment complex, Beechey Place, Wokingham RG40 1LQ. I understand that a certain small percentage of addresses within a new build complex are allocated to social housing
a) the number of properties that are social housing: 18
b) the flat numbers which are allocated to social housing: This information is available on the Land Registry. HMLR contains a register of all registered land and each title contains details of who is the registered proprietor (so owner) of that land / property and whether the property is leasehold or freehold. Any land or property owned by the Council will show up in the proprietorship section of the title. There is a cost to applying for a land registry title but it is a public register so anyone can order copies of any property they are interested in. (Section 21)
