Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information regarding housing demand on your waiting list as of 4/8/25.
1. Please can you tell me how many applicants are waiting for a 2 bedroom non adapted property in both bands 1 & 2.
Band 1: 18
Band 2: 21
2. Please can you also confirm how band 2 applicants are prioritised, as recent responses state it is currently not being done in priority order but date order. But Wokingham council state to applicants it is being done in priority order.
Currently, we are allocating from Band 2 in date order, and we are not prioritising any single group of applicants. This will be subject to review should demands and needs change.
