I am writing to make a request for the following information below in this email, to which we are entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
1. I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information on all Section 38 technical approvals granted from the 1st August 2025 – 31st August 2025. Please provide the information in a table laid out like the below:
- Developer
- Site Name
- Date Technical Approval Submitted
- Date Technical Approval Granted
- Bond Value
- Road & Sewer Designer
- Planning Permission Reference
This information is exempt under FOI, this information is available by Local Land Charges and Highway Searches under EIR. We are applying Section 21 exemption (Information accessible by other means).
Information under EIR related to these services are administrated by our Local Land Charges team who are able to access the information. The Council charges for information requested under the Environmental Information Regulations - we will be reviewing the EIR fees across the Council more in depth for the next financial year. To receive a response to your requests you can resubmit to landcharges@wokingham.gov.uk including address details, with confirmation of payment, and the data will be sent to you within 20 working days A minimum fee of £25.00 per address request applies.
