As of 03/09/2025 there are no four bedroom adapted properties waiting to be nominated.

4. Does Wokingham council have any plans to build any adapted accommodation in the near future? If so how many?
We are delivering a programme of specialist accommodation over the forthcoming for those in receipt of adult social care. We have also asked for fully adapted and accessible properties as part of planning obligations on affordable housing and are awaiting confirmation as to whether these will be delivered and when. We are not in a position to confirm numbers at the present time.

5. If there isn’t adapted properties available are there any 4 bedroom properties available that could potentially be made adaptable? If so how many?
This is considered when a suitably sized property becomes void, however, the adaptions may not be carried out due to the layout of the property and/or budgetary constraints.

6. What’s the longest wait time for a 4 bedroom adapted property so far in the last 5 years
Our records for this data go back to 2022 and not 2020. Customer was awarded B1 Med A 12/1/2022 and was housed 21/1/2025

7. How many 4 bedroom properties are available currently for this band please?
