Follow on from WBCIR:20274
1. Please include the costs from the moment Wokingham Borough Council made a compulsory order the houses on Wellington Road for the IDR
2. And all the costs of any ongoing maintenance and invoices the council has paid for looking after this land over the years
3. The cost of purchasing the studio behind 4 Park Road, demolishing it etc and all the other costs relating to all the planning applications submitted up to date including all the architects' fees etc as you have mentioned below and of course the fees for the staff working in the council working on this and past projects that did not happen up until the current one.
I am interested in how much Wokingham Borough Council has spent on this land in total over the number of years it has owned it.
