Noise complaints on SWDR

I would like answers to the following questions about the South West Distributor Road (SWDR), specifically the section being constructed by Balfour Beatty, which commenced in early 2025
1. How many noise complaints have been received by the council relating to works on the SWDR? Specifically, the noise complaints received by the council relating to works carried out by Balfour Beatty and or its contractors on the entire site.
2. How many complaints about dangerous road conditions have been made to the council by members of the public relating to the works on the SWDR? Specifically, damage / dirt / dangers reported by members of the public relating to the Works site entrances used by Balfour Beatty and its contractors.
3. What is the total budget for the SWDR construction works? Specifically, the section of the South Western Distributor Road, that is currently being constructed by Balfour Beatty. I am specifically looking for the Expected Final Cost (EFC) of this project.
4. I would like a copy of the decision notice from the Secretary of State that gives Wokingham council permission to close the footpaths, and the conditions attached to that Secretary of State notice.
