1. All communications about the demolition of Shire Hall relating to planning ref 250188.
This includes: emails (and attachments), Microsoft Teams chats/meeting chats, instant messages/WhatsApp/SMS, internal case notes, letters, meeting notes and call notes—including material on private devices and personal accounts where used for council business (BYOD), and any information held on your behalf by third parties.
Please include available metadata (timestamps, sender/recipient, subject, message IDs, channel/team names, file names/sizes). Please do not include already published material on the planning webpage.
