I am requesting the following information for the period 1 January 2023 to 30 April 2025:
1. A list of planning applications that were:
• Decided by Planning Committee
• Where the officer recommendation was overturned (e.g. officer said refuse, committee approved)
2. For each:
• Reference number
• Decision date
• Proposal type
• Officer recommendation (approve/refuse)
• Final decision
• Minutes or reasoning (if available)
