1. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting a copy of the Wokingham Borough Council's policy or scheme of delegation that sets out the circumstances in which planning applications are determined by planning officers under delegated powers, rather than being referred to the planning committee.
This information is available to view via the Councils web-site in the Council Constitution Chapter 11.3 and the Planning Committee Terms of Reference Chapter 8
