I am writing to request information regarding your local authority’s commissioning arrangements for adult social care services, specifically in relation to supported living and residential services for individuals with learning disabilities. Please could you provide the following information:
Supported Living Framework
1. Is there currently a supported living framework agreement in place for adults with learning disabilities within your local authority?
Yes.
a) If yes, please provide the start and end dates of the current framework agreement.
Start Date: 1st November 2021
End Date: 31st October 2026
b) Is the supported living framework an open framework (DPV/DPS accepting new providers) or a closed framework?
Closed Framework.
c) Please provide details of the pricing structure and rates associated with this framework.
Lot 5 Accommodation Based supported living current range is £19.85 - £20.84. Lot 6 Supported Living Registered Outreach and Lot 7 Supported Living Non Registered range is £20.65 - £21.94
Residential Framework
2. Is there a residential care framework agreement specifically for adults with learning disabilities?
No.
a) If yes, please confirm the start and end dates of the current residential framework.
Not applicable.
b) Is this residential framework an open framework (DPV/DPS accepting new providers) or a closed framework?
Not applicable.
c) Please provide details of the pricing structure and rates associated with this framework.
