By adaptions / specific requirements I am talking about wheel chair access, wet rooms, down stairs bedroom, one ground housing such as bungalows, flats or any structural changes to a property that need to be made before an applicant can move in ect

There currently 8 one bedroom properties (to include general needs, sheltered and supported living), that are currently void.

Out of the remaining five properties, 2 have been already been put forward for nomination, 2 will be put forward for nomination around mid August, the remaining one is unknown as yet due to the extensive works required
