1. Having seen some public rights of way (PROW) data online in May 2025, I contacted you and you replied: 'The full dataset is still yet to be released with work ongoing. We would hope to have this fully completed soon but cannot make any guarantees due to internal processes.' I wonder whether this has now been done?
This work has not been done and is ongoing.

2. If not then, under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like you to supply me with information about the PROWs of Wokingham. If possible, I would like the following details about each PROW:
parish, e.g., FINC
name, e.g., 17A
type, i.e., Footpath, Bridleway, Restricted Byway or BOAT
coordinates, i.e., location of points along the route of the PROW.
For the coordinates, I would prefer latitudes-longitudes but can also handle eastings-northings.
I would like this information to be provided to me as an electronic copy, preferably as an ESRI shapefile or MapInfo files. Please can you bundle the files up into a zip file. If you provide the information in an ESRI shapefile or MapInfo files, I will be able to get the latitudes-longitudes from these files. The PRoW team do not hold this level of data. All the data we hold on PROW names, parish, type is available on the online map (which the requestee has already linked below).

3. I would like you to release the files to me with an Open licence. In May 2024, you released your data to me under the terms of the OGL v3.0. If you are happy to do this again, please can you e-mail me to say that you are releasing the files to me under the terms of the OGL v3.0.
No changes to the PROW data have been made over the past 2 years so the previous data up until May 2024, would still be valid.
