The WBC Planning Portal shows a historical document under application 092098. This document is a letter from the Senior Planning Officer - Eastern Parishes to the Environment Agency dated 7th May 2009 reference CON/2009/0877. This document refers to an attached memo from the Council's Environment and Health Team specifically mentioning questions 5 and 6. Unfortunately this memo has not be included in the available records on the Planning portal.
