Please answer these separately for general needs properties and also medical needs/ adaptated properties.
1. Do you have any 1 bedroom properties ready to allocate? If so when will allocation be?
2. Do you have any 2 bedroom properties ready to allocate? If so when will allocation be?
3. Do you have any 3 bedroom properties ready to allocate? If so when will allocation be?
4. Do you have any 4 bedroom properties ready to allocate ? If so when will allocation be?
We have been advised by our Housing department that the following HRA (both general needs and sheltered) properties either have been requested to be nominated, or they will be requested as below:
1 x 1 bed property requested, waiting for allocation details
1 x 1 bed property to be requested to be allocated by the end of this week
1 x 2 bed property requested, waiting for allocation details
1 x 2 bed property to be requested to be allocated w/c 28th July
1 x 3 bed property to be requested to be allocated by the end of this week.
NOTE: If properties that are currently allocated are refused, then additional requests will be made, however this is currently unknown.
